Tort Claim Filing Information

Pursuant to Chapter 4.96 RCW, Spokane Regional Emergency Communications, for purposes of filing a tort claim, the use of the state of Washington standard tort claim form (SF 210), which is available at:

In lieu of the Department of Enterprise Services, original claims may be delivered or mailed to the following Spokane Regional Emergency Communications Claims Agent:
